Equipment:

Flow equalization tank from anaerobic digesters – made of vitrified steel. Dimensions: D=10m, H=5m. Equipped with 1 submerged mixer with 3 blades of D=300mm operating at 960 rpm and 3 kW motor. 3 floats, 1 ultrasonic level indicator for pump control. 2 pumps with a capacity of 29 l/s at 5 m water column with a 4 kW motor, ladder, access platform.

2 tanks for reducing ammonia to nitrites – made of vitrified steel. Dimensions/tank: D=12m, H=7m. Equipped with 4 submerged mixers with 3 blades of D= 300mm operating at 942 rpm and 2.2 kW motor, 3 floats, 2 pumps 29 l/s at 5 m water column with 4 kW motor. 3 turbo blowers of 950 Nm3/h at a pressure of 650 mbar. Sensors: dissolved air in water, pH, temperature, Redox potential, ultrasonic level indicator and floats. 2 fine bubble aeration systems, 800 membrane diffusers, 2 pumps with a capacity of 29 l/s at 5 m water column with 4 kW motor.

Equalization tank before the process with anammox bacteria – made of vitrified steel. Dimensions: D=10 m, H=5 m. Equipped with 1 submerged mixer with 3 blades of D=300mm operating at 960 rpm and 3 kW motor, 3 floats, 1 ultrasonic level indicator to control the pumps. 2 pumps of 4.5 l/s at 5 m water column with 4.0 kW motor.

Anammox bacteria tank – made of vitrified steel. Dimensions: D=10 m, H=7 m. Equipped with 1 submerged mixer with 3 blades of D=300mm operating at 960 rpm and 3 kW motor, 3 floats, 1 ultrasonic level indicator to control the pumps. Sensors: dissolved air in water, pH, temperature and conductivity. 2 pumps of 11.5 l/s at 28 m water column with 7.5 kW motor. A steam diffusion system to control the temperature in the tank at a level of 30ºC. 1 transfer line up to 13 m3/day of flow from the anaerobic digesters, equipped with a flow meter and a flow control valve. pH and alkalinity adjustment system consisting of 1 caustic soda storage tank of 4,000 l, 2 pumps of 10 l/h. 3 pumping stations will be installed to direct the following flows: anammox bacteria recycling in the anammox bacteria tank, sludge to the anaerobic digesters and effluent to the equalization tank before the aerated membrane process. Each pumping station equipped with 2 pumps capacity 11.5 l/s at 28 m water column with 7.5 kW motor, floats for pump control.

Aerated membrane technological lines–2 pcs. 4 pumps of 25.1 l/s at 4.5 m water column with 2.2 kW motor. 3 floats, 1 ultrasonic level indicator are mounted to control the transfer pumps.

2 aeration tanks – made of vitrified steel. Dimensions: D=23m, H=6.5m. 3 turbo blowers of 2,000 Nm3/h at a pressure of 700 mbar with a 33 kW motor. Sensors: dissolved air in water, pH and temperature. Each tank equipped with 1 fine bubble aeration system, 600 membrane diffusers.

2 secondary decanters – made of vitrified steel. Dimensions: D=11.5m, H=5.0m. The secondary decanters are equipped with 1 sludge directing mechanism towards the central bunker, 2 centrifugal pumps with a capacity of 29 l/s at 5 m water column with a 4 kW motor.

UV disinfection reactor with a capacity of 130 m3/h, equipped with an automated cleaning system.
